Itinerary

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, our dedicated driver will be eagerly awaiting you with a sign bearing your name, ready to extend a warm and heartfelt welcome. From there, you’ll transferred to your arranged hotel in Arusha town. Later, our experienced safari coordinators will provide a pre-safari briefing, offering an exciting preview of the wonders that await you. Relax and unwind in the serene environment of Springlands Hotel, featuring a swimming pool, a beautiful garden, a bar, and a restaurant.

Starting early, you have a full day to explore the Ngorongoro Crater, an ancient volcanic crater that is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife including a very dense population of lions and spotted hyenas. You are almost guaranteed to see all of the ‘big five’ (lion, rhino, leopard, elephant,t and buffalo) as well as a great variety of other species; by now children will be very accomplished ‘wildlife spotters’.

The views are superb, from the first glimpse of the crater at ‘Heroes’ Point’, through the thick rain forest that covers its sides, down to the rich grassy plains that form its Centre. The combination of natural scenery and wildlife is truly breathtaking.
